En az 400 metrekarelik satış alanına sahip olan elektrikli ve elektronik cihaz perakende satış
mağazalarında veya perakende satış mağazası tarafından resmi olarak sunulan toplama
yerlerinde hemen yakınında küçük elektrikli ve elektronik eski cihazlar (dış çapları 25cm
üzeri olmayan) ücretsiz olarak ve benzer türden bir cihazı satın alma yükümlülüğü olmadan
teslim edilebilir.
Muhtemelen mevcut olan bataryalar/aküler mümkünse tasfiyeden önce cihazdan
çıkarılmalıdır.
İzin verilmeyen cihazların, bataryaların ve akülerin kullanıcı tarafından tasfiyesi geçerli
yasaya göre yaptırımlara neden olur.
