Fire hazard
• Ensure clean and residue-free handling if silicon sealant or similar is
used. There is a risk of fire if silicone filaments come into contact with
hot parts or naked flames.
• Never use a naked flame to check the device for leaks.
• Only use propane or butane gas (not natural gas).
• The refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit is highly flammable and in the
event of a leakage combustible gases could build up if the appliance
is in a small room.
In the event of any damage to the refrigerant circuit (smell of
ammonia):
– Keep naked flames and potential ignition sources away from the
refrigerator.
– Ventilate the room well.
– Switch off the refrigerator.
