2.2. Using the Product

BASKET HANDLE
The basket is locked in place when the basket handle is folded.
LID-OPENING BUTTON
The specially designed LID-OPEN -
ING BUTTON helps you open the
lid much more easily and safely.
Push the button to release the lid
automatically. Thus the steam will be
released from the deep fryer to avoid
scalding your fingers.
FILTER SYSTEM
The lid is fitted with a permanent filter system which collects drops of
oil from the steam as it passes through the filter.
VIEWING WINDOW
Smear the inner face of the viewing window with oil to prevent
condensation forming and keep the window clear for viewing.
THERMOSTAT AND PILOT LIGHT
The thermostat is calibrated in steps marked, 150°, 170°, and 190°C,
which offer the best temperature for the foods to be fried.
The TEMPERATURE LIGHT will light automatically while the
temperature rises and will turn off when the set temperature is reached.
The POWER LIGHT it will light automatically when the appliance is
plugged in.
