Potential Reasons
1. Power isn't connected

connected

connection with AV cable
2. The program is a
radio program
1. The battery is exhausted
2. Remote Control is not fa-
cing or close enough to the
Set Top Box
The signal is too weak
Solution
1. Connect the power
2. Switch on the power
1. Plug in the DVB-T
cable
2. Check aerial cable and
connections
1. Connect the audio
cable correctly
2. Turn off mute function
1. Make sure cables are
connected correctly
2. Press <TV/Radio>
key to shift into TV mode
1. Change battery
2. Adjust the position of
the Remote Control and
move closer to the unit
