This guarantee can be enforced in the countries
where the Tambour Horizon watch is distributed, including
the Netherlands.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Norway
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other
rights and remedies available to you under Norwegian law,
which cannot be excluded, such as the rights provided under
the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Sales
of Goods Act (Kjøpsloven) and the Product Liability Act
(Produktansvarsloven). For instance, under the Norwegian
Consumer Purchases Act, you may be entitled to claim defects
within a time period of two years from the delivery date,
provided that you give notice thereof within two months
after you discovered the defect, or within a reasonable time
after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
If, when in normal use, the product or any part thereof
is meant to last substantially longer, the deadline for submitting
a complaint is five years.
