Select an Outgoing Message (OGM)
1. After switching the answering machine on, scroll ▲/▼key to select OGM 1 or
OGM 2.
2. Press MENU key to confirm.
Listen to OGM 1 and OGM 2
1. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM.
2. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM SETTINGS.
3. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select SET OGM.
4. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select OGM1 or OGM 2.
5. Press MENU key, the display shows PLAY. Press MENU key to listen to the OGM
content.
Record your own OGM
1. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM.
2. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM SETTINGS.
3. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select SET OGM.
4. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select OGM1 or OGM 2.
5. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select RECORD. You will hear, "Please record
a new announcement after the beep. You can now record your own OGM by
speaking to the phone. Press MENU key to end recording. The handset will play
back the recorded OGM.
Re-instate the pre-recorded OGM
1. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM.
2. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM SETTINGS.
3. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select SET OGM.
4. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select OGM1 or OGM 2.
5. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select DEFAULT.
6. Press MENU key, you own OGM would be restored to the pre-recorded OGM.
Set a TAM alert
You can set a new message alert tone which is turned off by default. When the tone
is turned on, you will hear the warning tone every 60 seconds when you have new
messages.
1. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM.
2. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM SETTINGS.
3. Press MENU key, scroll ▲/▼key to select TAM ALERT.
