Sometimes it is shown a "Format not supported !"
message on the screen.
This message appears when the picture to be shown has a
problem like the one described in point 1, or it is not an image
file but has a JPG extension. Make sure the file is a real JPG
picture, and that it does not have excessive metadata.
The memory card I'm using is not recognized.

Make sure the memory card is fully inserted in the right
direction. Also remember the photo frame is compatible with
SDHC/SD/MS/MMC only.

I have plugged in a pen drive in the USB HOST input but
I cannot load any of the pictures stored on it.
Check that there is not any SDHC/SD/MS/MMC memory card
inserted in the memory slot. If so, please remove it first to load
the images from the USB device.
