VI. Maintenance of the jack:
1. When not in use, the jack should be stored fully collapsed.
2. The outer movable parts should be oiled regularly.
3. Lubricate the guides with Molykote or a similar grease.
4. Avoid using and therefore mixing different types of oil. We recommend the use of
hydraulic oil conforming to ISO VG22.
5. In the event that spare parts are required please identify the parts required from the
exploded drawing and order accordingly.
VII. Troubleshooting:

1. Screw in the unload handle
(16) tightly in clockwise
direction.
2. Loose th screw (37) to release
the air from the pump,then
screw in it tightly.
Screw out the unload handle (16)
in counter - clockwise direction
Screw out the screw (10),add
hydraulic oil.
Replace worn seals with new seals
(08) and (09)
