11. Remove the two suspension keys near the back
of the hard hat (as shown in picture) by pulling
them out of their key slots.

13. Completed assembly should look like
above image.

12. Place the cord inside the hard hat under the
suspension so that it is out of the way. Reattach
the suspension keys by pushing them back into
the key slots until they are seated firmly.
