When battery pack is not in use, keep it
away from other metal objects, like paper
clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other
small metal objects, that can make a
connection from one terminal to another.
Shorting the battery terminals together may
cause burns or a fire.
Under abusive conditions, liquid may be
ejected from the battery; avoid contact.
If contact accidentally occurs, flush with
water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally
seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the
battery may cause irritation or burns.
Do not use a battery pack or appliance that
is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified
batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior
resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
Do not expose a battery pack or appliance
to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to
fire or temperature above 265°F (130°C) may
cause explosion.
Follow all charging instructions and do
not charge the battery pack or appliance
outside of the temperature range specified
in the instructions. Charging improperly or at
temperatures outside of the specified range may
damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
The service should only be performed by a
qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the
safety of the product is maintained.
Do not modify or attempt to repair the
appliance or the battery pack except as
indicated in the instructions for use and
care.
To reduce the risk of injury, close
supervision is necessary when a product is
used near children.
Do not contact hot parts.
Only use attachments recommended or
sold by the manufacturer. The tripod Is only
designed to work with FLEX light. Do not use
the tripod for any other purpose.
Risk of electric shock. Do not use in the rain.
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not
put the appliance in water or other liquid. Do
not place or store the appliance where it can
fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
When using AC power supply, do not unplug
by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the
plug, not the cord.
Always use a suitable extension cord to
reduce the risk of electric shock. Refer to
"EXTENSION CORDS" chapter for detailed
instructions.
Before using the tripod, be sure all clamps
and knobs are secure. Unsecured parts of the
tripod may move causing damage and possible
injury.
When moving the tripod, fold it first.
When transporting the tripod in a vehicle,
securely tie it down to prevent it from
moving. Unsecured tripod may fall causing
damage and possible injury.
Check to make sure the tripod does not
rock, slide or move prior to use. Unstable
tripod may fall causing damage and possible
injury.
Place the tripod on a firm level surface
where there is plenty of room to handle and
properly support it. Unstable tripod may fall
causing damage and possible injury.
Do not use the tripod in strong winds. The
tripod may fall causing damage and possible
injury.
When the tripod is not in use, be sure to
disconnect it from power supply. Remove the
battery pack or unplug the power cord.
To Reduce the Risk of Electric Shock, this
product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the
proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any
way.
