1. GENERAL IMFORMATION
The auto collar and band maker will

automatically measure two strips of fabric,
fold them in half, cut and align the ends,
transfer them to the sewing station, sew the
ends, trim the chain and stack the bands on a
bundle table.
The stacker bundle table will index the

bundles when a preset piece count is complete
and stop the machine when a preset number of
bundles have been completed.
The machine will stop when a thread breaks or

the fabric runs out.

3. OPERATION OF UNIT
CONTROL BOXES: The unit has three

control boxes which control all machine
functions.
Stacker Counter Box : This box contains the

counters for the piece count per bundle and the
number of bundles completed. To set the
counter, press and hold the button marked "I".
As you hold this button down, press the button
under each digit you want to change. When you
have entered the desired numbers, Release the
"I" button and press the "R" button to set the
counter to the new quantity. The machine will
not operate if the #Bundles counter is at "0".

Conveyor Speed Box : This box controls the
speed of the conveyor for sewing and jogging to
stack. The thumbwheels should be set to match
the sewing speed of the seamer. If the seamer
stitch length is changed, the conveyor speed
must be adjusted also. Different fabrics will
vary slightly in the speed they feed through the
seamer. The operator may need to make small

3. OPERACION DE la UNIDAD
CAJAS de CONTROL: La unidad tiene tres

cajas de control.
Caja Contadora: Esta caja tiene los contadores de

piezas por bulto y el número de bultos
completos. Para fijar el contador, mantenga
hundido el botón "I". Con el botón hundido,
presione el botón debajo del número que quiere
cambiar. Cuando ha entrado los números
deseados, suelte el botón "I" y presione el botón
"R" para fijar la nueva cantidad. La máquina no
funciona si el # del contador de bultos está en
"0".

Caja De La Velocidad Del Transportador: Esta
caja controla la velocidad del transportador para
coser y moverse para apilar. Los selectores debe
ser fijados para igualar la velocidad de costura de
la Cerradora. Si la velocidad o el largo de la
puntada cambian, el transportador debe ajustarse.
Tejidos diferentes pasán a diferente velocidad
por la Cerradora. El operario puede necesitar
