The duration of this warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase and is valid in Spain and
countries outside the European Economic Community.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and assumes "the responsibilities of the seller and
consumer rights" as is reflected in Article 4 of Law 23/2003 of July 10 of "Guarantees in the Sale of
Consumer Goods" according to the EU directive 1999/44 / EC, and it does not affect the rights of
the consumer according to the provisions of this law.
CEA SA undertakes to replace free of charge during the warranty period, all those parts whose
manufacture is defective, provided they are submitted for consideration.
To exercise the warranty, the defective part must be accompanied this surety bond, duly completed
and stamped by the seller.
The warranty does NOT extend to:
1. The replacement, repair parts or organs, caused by wear due to normal use of equipment such as
osmosis membranes, carbon filters, sediment filters, resins, polyphosphates, etc ...., As is indicated
in the manual equipment instructions.
2. Any damage caused by misuse of the device or with the transport.
3. Manipulation, modifications or repairs made by others.
4. The breakdown or malfunction resulting from improper installation outside the service or not
properly followed the instructions.
5. Improper use of equipment or working conditions is not specified by the manufacturer.
6. The use of non-original spare parts CEA, SA
7. IMPORTANT: CEA, SA can not be responsible for the malfunction of equipment or water
quality if you have used non-original spare parts.
For any complaints go to the SELLER, according to the seller listed above. The duration of this
warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase and is valid in Spain and countries outside the
European Economic Community.
