Maintenance
After each 5-6 uses, follow the below steps to clean it:
Unplug the product from the power supply and remove the upper lid.
Pour out any remaining water through the emptying nozzle.
Use a soft, damp cloth with some cleaning agent to clean the diffuser's outside.
To prevent water from getting inside the air outlet, pour out the water like in the
following image.

Do not use acids or enzymes detergents to clean the device, as they might cause
malfunctions.
Accidental leakages
In the event of the device being knocked over or tipped while being used, follow
these steps to avoid a leakage:
Unplug the device and remove its cover.
Pour out the remaining water from the water tank.
Shake the device gently to drain the water and leave it to dry under natural air
for at least 24 hours.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The unit does not turn on
or off.
The product emits
unusual or no steam.

Cause
Not enough water in the
tank
The power cord is not
connected properly.
Not enough or too much
water in the tank.
The water tank is dirty.
The air inlet or the
product's base is dirty.
Solution
Add water to the
tank.
Disconnect the
power cord, check
the cord and
connect it again.
Add the correct
amount of water
(do not exceed the
max. mark).
Follow the
"Cleaning and
maintenance"
steps.
Clean both the
air inlet and the
product's base in
order to remove
blockages.
