- Página 4 SAFETY INFORMATION CAUTION • TURN OFF ELECTRICITY at main fuse box (or circuit breaker box) before beginning installation by removing the fuse (or switching the circuit breaker off). • If you are not sure the lighting system has a grounding means, DO NOT attempt to install this fixture.
- Página 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Remove existing fixture and disconnect all electrical wiring. Outlet Box Remove two decorative nuts (C) from front of fixture (A) in order to remove mounting strap (B) from back of fixture (A). Attach mounting strap (B) to outlet box (not included) using the existing outlet box screws and washers.
- Página 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Adjust screws (D) to proper length by Outlet Box screwing them completely into mounting strap (B). Temporarily place fixture (A) over mounting strap (B) to determine amount of adjustment necessary for screws (D); screws (D) should come through holes in fixture (A) just enough so decorative nuts (C) will fit flush against fixture (A) when mounted.
- Página 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Wrap electrical tape (not included) around each individual wire connector (AA) down to the wire. WARNING: Make sure no bare wire or wire strands are visible after making connections. Push wire connectors (AA) gently into outlet box. Carefully push excess wiring into outlet box.
- Página 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Install one standard-base bulb (not included). Use either a 60-watt max. incandescent or a 13-watt CFL bulb. Bulb CAUTION: When replacing bulb, please allow bulb and fixture (A) to cool down before touching them. 6 10 Align the three tabs on fixture cover (F) with the three slots on fixture (A) and twist fixture cover (F) clockwise until it stops.
