ON/OFF: Press this key to turn the computer on or off.
Note: the computer automatically shuts off after approximately 3 minutes
of inactivity.
Demo: Press this key at any time to launch a short demonstra tion of
your "JUNIORS' PAD" laptop's features.
Mode: All the activities start in "1 player" mode. Press this key to switch
from "1 player" mode to "2 players" mode.
Note: to discover which activities can be played in "2 players" mode (
icon), see the section named "Description of the activities", located on
page 23 of this manual.
Level: Press this key to select one of the 3 different level options: the
"automatic progression" level (default setting), level 1 or level 2. When
you select the "automatic progression" level, the computers follows your
progress: you switch to level 2 when you give 6 correct answers in a row.
But if you give 4 wrong answers in a row, you will go back to level 1!
Note:
• in 2 players mode, the "automatic progression" level is disabled: you
can only choose between level 1 and level 2.
• to discover the activities that can be played in 3 different levels (
icon), see the section named "Description of the activities" located on
page 23 of this manual.
Activity category: To choose an activity category, select it by pressing
the corresponding "category" key.
