SERVICE GUIDE
To keep your water tank in optimal condition, always keep the following parts greased: Piston sleeve, Pump tube o-rings, Plunger o-
NOTE:
rings, and pressure relief valve o-ring.
It is recommended to replace all wear parts when performing a repair job:
- Piston sleeve
- Pump tube o-rings
- Nozzle o-ring
- Pressure relief valve o-ring
Instructions for pressurized water tank:
1.- Remove the pump tube from the tank and replace o-ring located in the upper part, lubricate before assembling.
2.- Remove screws of the pump tube, remove handle, in the lower part replace and lubricate the the piston sleeve.
Remove the check valve from the lower end of the pump tube and replace the o-ring.
3.- Remove relief valve to lubricate or change the o-rings if needed.
NOTE:
To lubricate all parts; Use
silicone-based grease.

COMMON PROBLEMS, POSSIBLE CAUSES & SOLUTIONS

PROBLEM
The piston does not slide easily and there is noise
between the pump tube and the piston.
The pump system leaks.
The water pump is pressurized but there is no flow when
pressing the shut-off handle.
Although the water pump is being pumped vigorously it
does not build pressure.
STORAGE

Always store the water tank clean and empty in a dry place protected from the sun.

There is no lubrication between the pump
tube and the piston sleeve.
The check valve does not seal correctly
in the seat of the pump tube.
The hose is clogged.
The pump tube is not tight enough.

LUBRICATE THE PUMP TUBE
ATTENTION
CAUSE
Check the piston sleeve. If it is worn-down
replace it and grease it, if not just grease
the edges.
Check the check valve and if necessary
replace the seal. Lubricate before
reassembling.
Loosen the hose clamp and check if the hose
or the tank outlet are clogged and if so,
proceed to unclog them with pressurized air
or water.
Tighten the tube and grease the o-ring.
