III.2.1 To using the Contact grill
1. Place the machine on a flat table.
2. Keep up plate and down plate close, and keep the thermostat knob at stop position "ARRÊT".
3. Plug in the power socket, the power lights will turn on. Adjust the thermostat knob to the
desired temperature position. Now the Ready light will turn on as well and the machine starts
to pre-heat. When the Ready light turns off, preheating finishes.
Note:
 For the first use, there will be a slight smell and some smoke comes from inside machine. This
is normal with this type of appliance. This has no effect on the safety of your appliance.
 Set the temperature of the thermostat according to various foods.The position from MIN to
MAX indicates different temperature level from low to high.
 Never touch the plate with hand directly as it is very hot!
4. Put the food on the lower grill plate, and put down the upper grill plate until it contacts with
the food.
Note:
Put the food in the middle of plate so that the upper and lower grill plate can contact it

more evenly.
When you cooking multiple foods at the same time, you must ensure that the height of

foods are the same.
Cooking should be monitored, the Position of Thermostat knob and Cooking time is just

for your reference, actual time depends on the size and thickness of the food.
5. When the food is cooked, remove the food with a wooden spatula.Never use metal tools or a
knife because they may damage the Grill plates.
6. After finish cooking , unplug the appliance and leave it to cool down.
III.2.2 To using the tableing grill
1. Place the machine on a flat table.
2. Press the Rotation lock with one hand, at the same time another hand holds the handle and
fully unfolds the upper housing anticlockwise to 180 degrees angle.
3. Adjust the thermostat knob to the stop position "ARRÊT".
4. Plug in the power socket, the power light truns on. Adjust the thermostat knob to the desired
temperature position and the Ready light turns on, machine starts to pre-heat. When the
Ready light turns off, preheating finishes.
