Installation and adjustment
1. Remove the boiler front panel
2. Removing gas burner (see the Installation Manual
of the boiler)
3. Remove the burner room insulation
5. Place right edge of the intermediate panel
6. Slide the intermediate panel from right to left over
the studs (circle) and press down

This supplementary sheet describes the installation of intermediate panel for gas
condensing boilers of series SGB, SGB 2, SGB C and SGB D.
The intermediate panel is used for sealing the heat exchanger from exhaust gas es-
caping from cracks in the area of the burner flange.
Note: After installation of the intermediate panel new burner room insulation must
be installed.

Danger of electric shock! Danger to life due to live components!Prior to commenc-
ing any installation work, isolate the boiler from the power supply and safeguard
against unintentional reconnection!

4. Set up heat exchanger if necessary in the crack area
7. Push the intermediate panel to the left (1) and press
down (2), so that it lies completely on the heat ex-
changer.
