In case of any fault to the product, please confirm the following items
before entrusting a customer service center for repair.

Solution
Please confirm power and
start again.
Please plug it and start
again.
Please change the socket
and start again.
Please confirm the front
panel has been closed as
per instructions.
After the filter screen is
changed, please press the
reset button over 3S so as to
reset it properly.
Please clean the pre
filter screen.
Please buy and replace
the filter screen
"Chirp" sound will occur when
negative ion is released. This
is normal sound when the
purifier is working. Please
don 't worry.
Please
make
packaging materials of the
purifier are removed.
Please clean the particle or
odor sensor. After the sensor
is cleaned as above and
moved to a clean room, if the

indicator still keeps red, it
means the sensor/ wire may
be abnormal; please consult
the customer service center.
Please set to the auto mode.
The air volume can 't change
automatically in the manual
speed mode.
