UNPACKING, INSTALLATION AND PRIOR ASSEMBLIES
1) Unpack and install the machine as per the paragraphs 4.1,
4.2 and 4.3 of the instructions manual.
2) Proceed with the prior assemblies as per the paragrapgh
4.4 of the instructions manual.
3) Connect the machine to the mains as per the paragraph 4.5
of the instructions manual.
4) Proceed to connect the machine to the compressed air
source as per the paragraph 4.6 of the instructions manual.
5) Connect the dust collector pipe (1) and the remote control
socket (2) (if using the Virutex AS382L dust collector), as per
paragraph 4.7 of the instructions manual.
6) Unlock the compressed air valve (3) and be sure that the
machine has at least a pressure of 6 bar, showed on the pres-
sure indicator.
7) Switch on the machine by means of the main switch (5).

9) Checking electrical connection.
If the electrical connection is wrong it can
cause dangerous situations to the user and
irreparable damages to the machine.
To check the connection pass a panel following the indica-
tions:
1. Check that the electrical connection light (11) is on.
2. Press the icon operating mode without temperature (19)
and check that the glue is cold.
3. Press the "ON" button (10) in order the "ON" light remains
fixed.
4. Put a panel on the table (25) and introduce it in the feeder
(24), checking that the feeding is correct.
