CONNECTION EXAMPLES
- Connect the antennas to the ANT A IN and ANT B IN inputs directly or if the antennas are installed on the
front, use the antenna cables with male TNC connectors that are provided. For long lengths of cable use
an antenna signal amplifier.
For this amplification, several options are available:
- Connecting the amplifier mod. AMP-818G together with an antenna mod. ADU-830. The amplifier can
be powered using the antenna splitter via the ANT IN input connector or, preferably, using a mains
adapter (must be used for lengths of cables greater than 10 meters).
- Connecting the UHF directional antenna directly with an integrated amplification circuit mod.
ADU-823AMP. This antenna is powered via the antenna cable itself with an 8 V signal provided by the
DA-864 splitter.
- Finally, connect all the devices in the installation to the mains supply.
