Possible Solution(s)
Check that all fans are running when the system compressor is running.
Make sure that the system is in an environment that has an ambient
temperature and relative humidity within O & M specifications.
Make sure that all filters before the dryer are not clogged. This includes
the compressor intake filters. If needed adjust the pressures switch to the
maximum pressure on the product label.
Check the run hours on each dryer column. If run hours are over O&M
specifications, change the dryer cartridges with JUN-AIR specified service
kits. Make sure the dryer cartridges are installed with the dryer handle on
the top.
With the system running, check all installed fittings on the dryer for leaks
using soapy water. If any leaks are detected, tighten the leaky fittings and
recheck.
Empty the drain bottle.
Make sure that the drain tubing from the dryer to the drain bottle is not
kinked.
Visually check to see that all o-rings and gasket seals are in place and not
damaged. Replace as needed.
Visually check to see that the ball valves are in place and not damaged.
Replace as needed.
Check that the PLC controller is ON.
Make sure that all filters before the dryer are not clogged. This includes the
compressor intake filters.
If the PLC controller is ON, audibly verify that the dryer exhaust solenoids
are cycling every 2 - 3 minutes. If not, check electrical connections and
replace solenoid valve if necessary.
Check to make sure that the fittings used in the dryer are original JUN-AIR
fittings. Call an authorized JUN-AIR distributor for replacement fittings.
With the system running, check all installed fittings on the dryer for leaks
using soapy water. If any leaks are detected, tighten the leaky fittings and
recheck.
Check to make sure all tubing from the solenoid valves are securely
fastened to the drain bottle and that there are no leaks in the tubing.
Empty the drain bottle.
No issue.
