Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Unit does Charge the microphone using the included cable.
not turn on
Sound is Check that the audio cable is completely inserted
distorted into the camera. Camera input gain may be set
too high, resulting in clipping. Try lowering the
gain. If you still experience clipping, lower Wavo
PRO output to 0dB setting. If listening through
headphones, check the connection or lower the
headphones volume in the camera menu.
No sound Make sure the microphone is on and that the
audio cable is connected to the correct audio input
jack on the camera. If the camera doesn't register
a signal, try increasing the camera gain or setting
Wavo PRO output gain switch to +10 or +20 dB.

le câble audio est connecté à la bonne prise
