10. Warranty Disclaimer

The measuring device must not be used as a warning device for dangerously high concentrations (e.g. industrial
safety monitoring). It is not suitable for medical institutions, certi cation or test measurements. The measuring
device is primarily used for testing purposes and for orientation in private households. No liability is accepted for
possible damage in case of malfunction.
It is not possible to transfer data via the USB cable.
Hama GmbH & Co KG assumes no liability and provides no warranty for damage resulting from improper installation/
mounting, improper use of the product or from failure to observe the operating instructions and/or safety notes.
