RULES OF OPERATION HOW
TO CHANGE THE DISK
At the head of the grinding wheel,
there is the button of the brake disk
used for replacement. One must
first press the button above, and
then insert the key provided with the
grinder to to loosen the disc. Once
replaced, the assembly process
is precisely the reverse. The disc
brake button must be pressed
continuously, tight and hard.
Warning: The above button should
only be used for the operation of
assembly / disassembly of the disc,
and never to stop the disc when it
is rotating. This may cause serious
damage to either the grinder or the
user and persons in the work area.
INSTALLING THE SIDE
HANDLE
The side handle can be easily
installed by simply screw it on the
side of the grinding wheel. This
handle allows to work with both
hands on the grinder, eliminating the
risk of inadvertently touch the puck.
MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the machine
before carrying out an operation
inspection or cleaning. Do not
use water or other liquids to clean
the tool. Replace the disc while it
is worn. The vents the tool must
be periodically cleaned to avoid
overheating of the motor.
REPLACE THE BRUSHES.
Worn brushes should be replaced.
The procedure should be carried
out for the two brushes. To do this,
open the lid of the brushes (black
color) located on the side of the
tool. Remove the worn brushes
brackets, and remove the dust with
compressed air. Put new brushes in
the same brackets. These should fit
in these holders effortlessly. Close
back the covers, and before starting
the work, let the tool work freely

for a few minutes for the brushes
fit better.

The warranty of this machine is two
years from the date of purchase.
You should, therefore, keep your
proof of purchase during this period
of time. The warranty covers any
manufacturing defect in material or
operating, as well as parts and work
needed for their recovery.Excluded
from the warranty the misuse of the
product, any repairs carried out by
unauthorized persons (outside the
service center of the brand VITO)
as well as any damage caused by
the use of it.
