GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions completely before using
this machine. Only use this machine as outlined
and detailed in this manual.
• Keep the work area clear of obstructions
and well ventilated. A cluttered, untidy and
poorly ventilated workplace makes accidents
more likely.
• Consider the work area environment.
Do not use power tools in damp or wet
conditions. Keep the work area well lit. Do not
use power tools in the presence of flammable
liquids, gasses or in dust laden atmospheres.
• Keep children and bystanders at a safe
distance. Visitors are a distraction and are
difficult to protect. They are unlikely to have
any knowledge of safety procedures or
protocols.
• Store idle equipment. Store idle or presently
unused equipment in a locked, dry cupboard.
• Use appropriate protective equipment.
Approved safety glasses, gloves and hearing
protection should be worn by the operator
and any assistants when operating any power
saw.
• Remain alert. A moment's inattention
when operating any power tool could result
in serious personal injury. Do not use this
equipment if you are tired, or under the
influence drugs, alcohol or when taking
certain prescribed medicines (consult your
doctor).
• Do not overreach. Keep proper balanced
footing at all times.

INTENDED USE
The Evolution water tanks, both hand and foot
operated versions are designed to apply water to
diamond blades on disc cutters to supress dust
created when cutting masonry type materials.
Filling the tank:
•
Fill only with water, no other liquids are to
be used with the tank.
•
Turn the handle anticlockwise to loosen
and remove the pump unit from the tank.
•
Fill the tank with water and refit the pump
unit handle, check for any leaks.
•
Do not fill above the maximum filling
marking.
•
Place on a flat surface where the tank
cannot fall over.
Using the water tank:
•
Connect the hose connector to the water
valve on the Evolution R300DCT+ disc
cutter.
•
Simply push the hose connector on until
you hear a click. Check the fitment by
pulling on the hose connector to confirm
engagement.
•
Use the water valve on the saw to control
the flow of water to the blade.
•
The hose connector has an auto stop
function meaning that water flow will stop
when the hose is disconnected from the
saw's water valve.
