jeweilige Landesrecht. Das Symbol auf dem Produkt, der Gebrauchsanleitung
oder der Verpackung weist auf diese Bestimmungen hin. Mit der
Wiederverwertung, der sto ichen Verwertung oder anderen Formen der
Verwertung von Altgeräten/Batterien leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zum
Schutz unserer Umwelt.

Note on environmental protection:
After the implementation of the European Directive 2002/96/EU
and 2006/66/EU in the national legal system, the following applies:
Electric and electronic devices as well as batteries must not be
disposed of with household waste. Consumers are obliged by law to
return electrical and electronic devices as well as batteries at the
end of their service lives to the public collecting points set up for this purpose
or point of sale. Details to this are de ned by the national law of the respective
country. This symbol on the product, the instruction manual or the package
indicates that a product is subject to these regulations. By recycling, reusing the
materials or other forms of utilising old devices/Batteries, you are making an
important contribution to protecting our environment.

Conformément à la directive européenne 2002/96/CE et 2006/66/

siguiente: Los aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos, así como las
baterías, no se deben evacuar en la basura doméstica. El usuario está
legalmente obligado a llevar los aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos, así

INFORMAZIONE AGLI UTENTI DI APPARECCHIATURE
DOMESTICHE :
Ai sensi dell'art. 26 del Decreto Legislativo 14 marzo 2014, n. 49
„Attuazione della Direttiva 2012/19/UE sui Ri uti di Apparecchiature
Elettriche ed Elettroniche (RAEE)" e del Decreto Legislativo 188 del
20 novembre 2008.
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull'apparecchiatura o
sulla sua confezione indica che il prodotto alla ne della propria vita utile deve
essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri ri uti per permetterne un adeguato
trattamento e riciclo.
Si ricorda che le pile/accumulatori eventualmente presenti, laddove possibile,
debbono essere rimosse dall'apparecchiatura prima che questa sia conferita
come ri uto.
L'utente potrà , pertanto, conferire gratuitamente l'apparecchiatura e l'eventuale
batteria giunta a ne vita agli idonei centri comunali di raccolta di erenziata
dei ri uti elettrici ed elettronici. In alternativa l'utente potrà riconsegnarle al
rivenditore secondo le seguenti modalità:
• sia pile portatili sia apparecchiature di piccole dimensioni, ovvero con almeno
un lato esterno non superiore a 25 cm, è prevista la consegna gratuita
senza obbligo di acquisto presso i negozi con una super cie di vendita delle
apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche superiore ai 400 mq. Per negozi con
dimensioni inferiori, tale modalità è facoltativa.
• per apparecchiature con dimensioni superiori a 25 cm, è prevista la consegna in
tutti i punti di vendita in modalità 1 contro 1, ovvero la consegna al rivenditore
potrà avvenire solo all'atto dell'acquisto di un nuovo prodotto equivalente, in
ragione di uno a uno.
L'adeguata raccolta di erenziata per l'avvio successivo dell'apparecchiatura e
delle pile/accumulatori dismessi al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento
ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili e etti negativi
sull'ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il reimpiego e/o riciclo dei materiali di cui
essi sono composti.
Lo smaltimento abusivo di apparecchiature, pile ed accumulatori da parte
dell'utente comporta l'applicazione delle sanzioni di cui alla corrente normativa
di legge.

Notitie aangaande de bescherming van het milieu:
Ten gevolge van de invoering van de Europese Richtlijn 2002/96/EU
en 2006/66/EU in het nationaal juridisch system, is het volgende van
toepassing: Elektrische en elektronische apparatuur, zoals batterijen
mag niet met het huisvuil weggegooid worden. Consumenten zijn
wettelijk verplicht om electrische en elctronische apparaten zoals
batterijen op het einde van gebruik in te dienen bij openbare verzamelplaatsen
speciaal opgezet voor dit doeleinde of bij een verkooppunt. Verdere
speci caties aangaande dit onderwerp zijn omschreven door de nationale wet
van het betre ende land. Dit symbool op het product, de gebruiksaanwijzing of
de verpakking duidt erop dat het product onderworpen is aan deze richtlijnen.
Door te recycleren, hergebruiken van materialen of andere vormen van
hergebruiken van oude toestellen/batterijen, levert u een grote bijdrage aan de
bescherming van het mileu.
