10. Breathing Exercises
Follow the on-screen instructions for inhalation and exhalation
(Breathing exercises help relax a person's mood, reduce psycholo-
gical stress and improve vital capacity).
You can choose the time and the rhythm once you enter the
breathing exercise interface.
11. Shutter
Click the camera button or shake the arm to take a photo (watch
should be connected to the APP).
- Method 1: In the APP: Go to [SECTOR S-04] --> [Device] --> [Easy camera], and
click the shutter button to take a photo.
- Method 2: On the watch: Click the on the screen for 3 seconds time-laspe photo,
or shake your watch to take a photo automatically
