1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 Installation of the equipment, gas and electrical
connection must be undertaken according to the
local standards by an authorised person.
 Place the equipment on a flat surface.
 Place the equipment under a commercial exhaust
hood, in a properly-ventilated area.
ATTENTION : The equipment must be placed at
least 25-30cm away from each side wall and any
other objects to prevent overheating. Should this
appliance be assembled in immediate vicinity of a
wall, dividing walls, kitchen furniture, decorative
coatings etc., it is recommended that such items
are made of fire-proof material, otherwise, these
should be coated with a suitable, fireproof, heat
insulating
material

2. GAS CONNECTION
 Take out the plastic cap at gas inlet prior to gas
connection.
 The gas inlet of the appliance should be
connected by 1/2" BSP diameter steel pipe. The
appliance must be adequately secured to the
bench surface ensuring 250mm clearances from
combustible materials.
 Install approved, gas Shut-Off valve to an aesily
accessible place before gas inlet.
 Gas leakage test must be performed before the
operation, by soap foam or another approved
method.
 The type of gas and pressure is indicated on the
appliance data plate, the test point pressure must
be regulated to suit the gas used.
 All pieces needed for montage will be supplied by
manufacturing company.
 Gas flex and gas hose connections must be carried
out in accordance with TS EN 14800 standard.
3. CONVERSION TO DIFFERENT GAS
TYPES (Figure-1)
 For conversion to different gas types please see
table "T3"
 Remove the back cover.
 Unscrew the "A" injector on radiant (burner).
Please find the suitable injector diameter on table
"T3" according to related gas type and pressure
and replace the new injector.
 Remove the gas tap knob and unscrew the "B"
injector on gas tap. Please find the suitable
injector diameter on table "T3" according to
and

related gas type and pressure and replace the new
injector.
 You can notice the injector diameters on
injectors.
 When you adapted your appliance to another gas
type please remove the present data label then
affix the new label which is prepared according to
new gas type.
WARNING : If you use G25 type gas on
appliance, replace the air cuff which is given you
with appliance. (please see Fig.-1)
4. ELECTRIC INLET
(Except PDG102/103/103D/104)
 Electrical inlet 220-230V AC 50-60Hz.
 The equipment must plug into earthed socket.
5. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
 Disconnect appliance from the electrical mains
and clean with damp soapy cloth before use.
 Do not splash or pour water on to the equipment.
 Do not overload more than the stated capacity.
 The gas heaters can be operated one by one and in
low-stage or in high stage.
 User should take great care, and use "cooker caps
and gloves" during operation.
WARNING
1. The appliance should be used by qualified
personnel.
2. One of the sockets in PDG202/302/302D/402
models is for the operation of the motor and the
other one is for the electrical blade that's
provided optionally. Do not connect any other
device to the sockets.
6. OPERATING
 Place the meat block inside the equipment.
 According to the capacity of the meat; in models
with upper motor and without motor, you can
adjust the distance of meat to the radians through
loosening the arms that have been tightened from
up and down and in models having bottom motor,
you can adjust the distance of meat to the radians
through moving the upper body back and forth.
 Open the control valve of each radiant burner
respectively and use a suitable match to ignite the
radiants.
 Once the radiants are lit, turn on the switch on the
plug that controls the motor.
 Once the meat block is roasted enough, it is ready
to serve.
WARNING : Ignite the burners in descending
order.
7. SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
 Do not leave the equipment without supervision,
switch it off while you leave the room.
