OPERATION
Before use
• Make sure that there is enough space all around.
• The raclette grill must not be placed on an untreated wooden surface. Place
the unit on a level and heat-resistant surface.
Grilling
1. Place the raclette grill in the middle of the table.
2. Cut the meat into small pieces. This will reduce the cooking time. Chop up the
raw meat and serve on a tray or wooden board.
3. Brush the pans with a little cooking oil.
4. Switch the appliance on by turning the temperature controller. The operating
lamp lights up and the unit starts to heat up.
5. As soon as the unit has heated up, the operating light goes out.
6. You can toast bread in the pans, fry eggs on potatoes and do many other
things. Meat can be cooked on the grill.
