Alfredo Sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
3 sprigs fresh parsley (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in the order they are listed to the small cup and blend everything together
until smooth. Use vented lid and place into the microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds, until
the sauce is heated thoroughly.
Eggnog Shake
4 cups of ice cold milk
1 small box of vanilla pudding
1-3 ice cubes
1T of sugar is desired
½ - 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
8 Tablespoons of whipped topping
Combine all ingredients in a blender or the large cup and blend to taste.
Carrots and Pecans
1 small bag of cooked baby carrots
2T brown sugar
1t ground cinnamon
1T of butter
1-2 Pecans, crumbled
3/4 cup of Miniature Marshmallows
Load the blender with the cooked carrots. Fill half-way; add remaining ingredients - except
the marshmallows. Whip.
It may take 2-3 times to get all the carrots blended. Transfer to a pretty serving dish that
microwavable. Top with marshmallows and pop in until melted.
Salsa
¼ cup of onion
¼ cup of a jalapeno pepper
8-10 cherry tomatoes or ½ cup of a regular tomatoe
1-2 garlic gloves
small sprigs of cilantro (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in order into large cup. Use chopper blade and blend. NOTE: Salsa
should be chunky be careful not to over blend.
