Please read these safety instructions before use and
keep them in a safe place.

! Failure to follow the instructions in this manual may
result in injury.
! Electric hedge trimmers comply with the applicable
technical regulations and standards.
-! Familiarize yourself with the environment and pay
attention to possible dangers, which you may overlo-
ok in certain circumstances during work.
-! Carefully inspect the surface to be cut and remove
any wires or other foreign objects.
-! Wear suitable work clothes and personal protective
equipment! Always wear safety goggles or other eye
protection, sturdy shoes with non-slip soles, long
pants and also work gloves.
-! Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when working,
as they could get caught in moving parts. Never use
scissors if you are barefoot or have shoes open on
your feet.
-! Pay attention to safety and a safe posture during
work. Pay special attention to a firm stance when wor-
king on slopes. Avoid unnatural postures. You must
always guide the scissors with both hands.
-! Before turning off the scissors, make sure that they
do not touch other objects. Switch off the scissors
before moving to another work area.
-! S el. Do not operate the tool if you are tired or after
consuming alcoholic beverages and medications.
Always rest in time. Work at a reasonable pace.
-! Do not work in rain, bad weather or humid environ-
ments. Only work in good light.
-! Do not use the scissors until all safety instructions
have been completed.
-! Prior to use, check the cutting parts for loose parts
and for damaged, blocked or worn-out solid parts of
the bar. Only work with intact cutting equipment.
-! Never hold the scissors by the cutting bar and
never hold them by the protective devices. El. never
carry the tool connected to the mains and with your
finger on the switch.
-! Always unplug the scissors when not in use, carry-
ing or leaving them unattended, inspecting, cleaning
or removing jammed twigs, when cleaning or main-
taining or replacing accessories, or when the power
cord or extension cord is damaged, after contact with
foreign objects, or in case of unusual vibration.
-! Do not use scissors near flammable substances or
gases. Failure to follow these instructions may result
in a risk of fire or explosion.
-! Always use the bar cover during transport or during
storage.
-! Keep tools sharp, clean and functional to work
better and safer. Read the maintenance instructions.
! This device may only be used if it is connected to an
el. circuit with a 30 mA RCD.
! The device has a power cord with a plug with a safe-
ty pin. The electrical outlet must be grounded. Defects
caused by a short circuit on the power supply are not
covered by the warranty!
! If in doubt as to whether the electrical outlet should
be grounded, have it checked by a qualified elect-
rician or service technician. Do not modify the fork
supplied with the product. If it does not „fit" into an
electrical outlet, have the correct outlet installed by
a qualified electrician. Do not use any adapters with
this product.
! Use only 3-wire extension cords that have 3-pin
grounding plugs and 3-pin cable connectors that
match the product plug.
! Use only extension cords that are designed for out-
door use and a socket that has a waterproof construc-
tion. These extension cords are marked „Permissible
for use by external devices". Store them indoors when
not in use.
! Use only extension cords that do not have a rated
electrical output less than the product's electrical
output.
! Do not use damaged extension cords. Before using
the extension cord, check it and replace it if it is da-
maged. Improper extension cords can be dangerous.
! Do not handle the extension cord improperly or
disconnect the cord by pulling on the cord. Keep
the cable away from heat and sharp edges. Always
unplug the appliance before unplugging it.
! To reduce the risk of electric shock, never operate
the equipment in the rain or during a thunderstorm.
Do not touch the fork with wet hands. It is strictly
forbidden to let water seep into the machine.
DESCRIPTION (A)
The shears are designed only for cutting and trimming
hedges, shrubs and ornamental shrubs in the home
environment (max. Diameter of twigs 20 mm). Any
other use not explicitly approved in this manual may
damage the device and may pose a serious danger
to the user.
