8.7 Cleaning the blank magazine

Cleaning the blank magazine is important because
otherwise machining debris will damage sensitive
machine parts.
1. Open the blank magazine door.
2. Remove all blank frames and block holders from the
blank magazine.
3. Remove all blanks.
4. Clean the blank magazine and the interior of the
blank changer with a vacuum cleaner and a wet
cloth. Use a mild cleaning agent if necessary. Lift
the blank changer flap in the working chamber to
reach the blank changer carriage.
5. Thoroughly clean all blank magazine slots, blank
frames and block holders with a brush.
6. Equip the blank frames and block holders and insert
them into the blank magazine. Ensure that the
blank magazine slots correspond to the slots in
DENTALCNC.
