QUICK START GUIDE
1. Install 4 X AA batteries in the Smoke Infuser.
2. Attach the injection hose to the smoke output of the unit. Use an inverted bowl to act
as a receptacle for the smoke, and place the infusion tube underneath the edge,
being careful not to pinch the end. Place wood chips into the smoking chamber
hold and slide the switch to the ON position. Then, use a lighter to light the chips.
3. Smoke will begin flowing into your receptacle. In 30-60 seconds, the receptacle
should be full with smoke. Remove the infusion hose from under the edge of the
receptacle and set it flat to the surface it's sitting on so smoke cannot escape. Turn
your unit off using the switch, being careful to make sure all embers have burnt out.
DO NOT run the smoker continuously for longer than 30-60 seconds as the smoker
can overheat, damaging the machine.
4. Allow your food sit under the smoke anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes to achieve your
desired level of smokey flavor.
5. For cocktails, inject the smoke into the empty space at the top of your glass above
your drink and use a non-flammable coaster to trap the smoke.
6. When finished, wait for 2 minutes as it cools down. Clean the device with the
included cleaning brush and store using the included storage bag.
