Make sure that the material to process is firmly fixed to the support prisms.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
In the approaching phase, oil is sucked by the first-stage pump through the filter and sent to the control
and adjustment unit, the oil from the second-stage pump also flowing into it.
From the adjustment unit, oil is sent to the operating cylinder.
When the approaching phase has been completed, pressure in the circuit will increase, thereby
automatically starting the interstage valve, which will cause first-stage oil to be discharged; only the
second stage will keep operating, implementing the pressing stage, until the pressure set on either the
pressure switch or the maximum pressure valve is reached.
ADJUSTMENTS
A is the maximum pressure valve, which is set according to the pressure values stated in "Technical Data".
B is the interstage valve, which is set according to the pressure values stated in "Technical Data".
To adjust the operating pressure of the cylinder, use handwheel D.
The adjustments should be made by means of the gauge.
NB: Any pressure increase will result in increased electric motor absorption.
