Problem
The appliance does not
start.
The result of blending is
unsatisfactory.
The appliance vibrates in an
unusual way.
• Make sure it is plugged in.
• Make sure the safety circuit breaker is closed.
• Make sure the switch on the appliance is turned to ON.
• If the problem occurs after a long period of intensive use the
motor may have overheated. Wait at least 20 minutes and
try again. If you put the appliance in a cool place this will
reduce the waiting time.
• Make sure the agitator/spoon is intact and tightly
fastened/inserted.
• Make sure the motor rotates properly.
NOTE: Take account of the fact that many factors may affect
the result such as the type and temperature of the
ingredients used.
• Make sure the agitator/spoon is intact and in the correct
position. If the agitator appears off center, unscrew it and
screw it correctly into place.
