Thermal Disinfection
Warning!
Personal protective measures (scald protection) must be implemented for the
duration of the thermal disinfection. This might include cordoning off the shower
facilities.
Failure to observe this instruction can result in injuries due to scalding.
Start Thermal Disinfection
12.5 Select the following menus on the remote control
– Franke
– Sensor function
– 8X Hygiene unit functions

• Thermal disinfection starts.
• Hot water will flow for 2 minutes after a 10-second delay.
• From the 3rd minute, the water will flow intermittently for the set time (application
phase).
• After the application phase, cold water will flow for the set time (cooling phase).
Stop Thermal Disinfection
