Reset
When the headset fails to pair, follow the steps below to reset the headset:
Step 1:
Remove the Bluetooth connection from your smartphone.
Step 2:
Remove the headphones from the charging case and touch both of them by the touch
area for 5 seconds and they will turn o . The red light and blue light will turn on at the
same time for 1 second and then turn o .
Step 3:
Put the earbuds in the charging case and then take them out (or turn on both earbuds by
pressing the touch area for 5 seconds), then the earbuds will start pairing. The red light
and the blue light will start flashing alternately.
Step 4:
After 10 seconds, the headphones will be paired and the blue lights will flash rapidly.
Step 5:
You can now connect the headphones to your smartphone.
Charge
• Headphones:
Insert the headphones into the charging case to charge, the red light will flash.
• Charging case:
Use the included cable to charge the charging case. While charging the red light on the
case will flash and will be steady when charging is complete.
Indicator lights
Headphones:
• No pairing: Red and blue lights flash rapidly.
• Waiting to pair: Indicator light turns blue.
• Pairing successful: Indicator light is o .
• ON: Red and blue lights are on for 1 second.
• OFF: Indicator light is o .
• Incoming call: Blue light flashes 2 times every 3 seconds.
• Charging: Red light is always on.
• Charging complete: Indicator light is o .
• Charging headset: When you place the headset in the charging case, the white light turns
on for 4 seconds and then turns o .
Charging case:
• Charging: Red light starts flashing.
• Charging complete: Red light stays on.
• Low power reminder: Red lights will start flashing rapidly.
