APPLIANCE OPERATION
CAUTION! Turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord from the socket during accessory assembly and disassembly
activities.
Preparing for operation
Remove the product from its packaging, remove all parts and then wash all parts in contact with the food according to the instruc-
tions in the section entitled "Product maintenance".
Shredder assembly and disassembly
Place the drive housing on a level and stable surface so that the ON/OFF switch is at the top. Make sure that all feet are in contact
with the ground.
Mount the shredder housing in the drive housing (II). The marker on the shredder housing should indicate the open padlock sym-
bol on the drive housing. Then rotate the shredder housing so that the marker shows the closed padlock symbol. An increased
resistance will be felt at the end of rotation, due to the latch which locks the shredder housing in the drive housing. A correctly
mounted housing has an upward-facing vertical inlet and cannot be removed other than by turning and pulling it out of the drive
housing.
Mount the selected insert inside the shredder housing. The insert has an opening, the shape of which must be adjusted to the
shape of the drive axle (III).
Insert the pusher into the inlet of the shredder housing (IV) and check whether it slides in and out without problems.
The shredder is ready for use (V).
To disassemble the shredder, follow the above procedure in the reverse order. It is recommended to remove the shredder housing
only together with the insert, and only then dismantle the insert by pulling it out of the housing.
Citrus squeezer assembly and disassembly
Place the drive housing on a level and stable surface so that the ON/OFF switch is at the front. Make sure that all feet are in
contact with the ground.
Mount the squeezer container in the drive housing (VI). The marker on the squeezer container should indicate the open pad-
lock symbol on the drive housing. Then rotate the squeezer container so that the marker shows the closed padlock symbol. An
increased resistance will be felt at the end of rotation, due to the latch which locks the squeezer container in the drive housing.
A correctly mounted squeezer container has its spout facing front and cannot be removed other than by turning and pulling it out
of the drive housing.
Slide the squeezer into the container (VII). Ensure that the shape of the squeezer axis matches the shape of the drive axis.
The squeezer is ready for use (VIII).
To disassemble the squeezer, follow the above procedure in the reverse order.
Ice cream maker assembly and disassembly
Place the drive housing on a level and stable surface so that the ON/OFF switch is at the top. Make sure that all feet are in contact
with the ground.
Mount the ice cream maker housing in the drive housing (IX). The marker on the ice cream maker housing should indicate the
open padlock symbol on the drive housing. Then rotate the ice cream maker housing so that the marker shows the closed padlock
symbol. An increased resistance will be felt at the end of rotation, due to the latch which locks the ice cream maker housing in the
drive housing. A correctly mounted housing has an upward-facing vertical inlet and cannot be removed other than by turning and
pulling it out of the drive housing.
Slide the auger into the ice cream maker housing (X). The auger has a pin, the shape of which must be adjusted to the shape
of the drive axle. Attach the ice cream maker housing lid (XI). Slide the lid so that the cut-outs on its edge match the tabs on the
ice cream maker housing, and then turn clockwise. A correctly mounted lid has a downward-facing vertical inlet and cannot be
removed other than by turning and pulling it out.
Insert the pusher into the inlet of the ice cream maker housing (XII) and check whether it slides in and out without problems.
The ice cream maker is ready for use (XIII).
The ice cream maker must be disassembled in the following order: Remove the assembled ice cream, maker from the drive
housing and then disassemble the ice cream maker in the order reverse to that of the assembly.
