Before installation and commissioning
Before the fitting is installed, the inlet pipes must be
thoroughly flushed so that no swarf, pieces of hemp
or other contaminants can enter the fitting.
Foreign bodies can enter the fitting through pipes
which have not been flushed, or the water system in
general, and damage the ceramic discs and
O-rings.
The installation of a water filter is recommended in all
cases.
Before installing the fitting, unscrew the perlator/
aerator and flush well.
Installation
A tap borehole ø 35 mm is required.
Rinse all pipes well in order to eliminate any dirt
residue. Place the tap in the hole making sure the
washer is correctly positioned between the tap and
the surface. Block all the parts using the special nut,
gasket and washer (20). Non-return valve screw
set (23) and flow rate controller (22) to the angle valve
(G 3/8"). Connect the supply pipe (A) to the connector
of the flow rate controller (22).
Screw the T-shaped fitting (24) to the G 3/8" thread
boiler outlet (colour red) making sure the washer is
positioned correctly. Screw the flexible pipe of the
shower head (9) to the T-shaped fitting (24) placing
the washer (11) in the correct position. Connect the
blue flexible pipe (B) to the boiler inlet (colour blue)
and the red flexible pipe (C) to the T-shaped fitting
(24).

Functioning
Open the lever in hot water position and wait for the
water outlet, then join the battery to the electricity.
Switching on the battery ignition before of the water
refilling cause the fuse breaking inside of the boiler.
Remarks
Switching on the heating boiler the increasing volume
of the water can cause a leakage of the mixer. This is
a normal and necessary appearance. The contai-
ner of the water must not be under pressure and
particularly on the spout you must not use aerators
or connections different from the one supplied. The
mixer BLANCOATOS-S ND is normally equipped with
non-return valves according to the DIN-DVGW to be
fitted to the supplying water pipe.
Important information
• Do not kink the flexi-hoses
• Do not strain the flexi-hoses
• Only screw the flexi-hoses manually into the
body of the fitting.
• When connecting the flexi-hoses to the angle
valves, they must be held firmly to prevent the
hoses becoming twisted or detached from the
body of the fitting.
Maintanance

powder) cleaning agents or those containing alcohol
or acid-based or other "aggressive" agents be used.
