INTENDED USE
This product is used to illuminate smaller work
areas. The light can be fixed by magnetic foot on
e.g. metal sheet housings and can be aigned by
the gooseneck.
ATTENTION
Read the operating instructions and all safety instructions contained therein carefully before using the
product. Use the product correctly, with care and only according to the intended purpose. Non-compliance
of the safety instructions may lead to damage, personal injury and to termination of the warranty. Keep
these instructions in a safe and dry location for future reference. Enclose the operating instructions when
handing over the product to third parties.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•
Do not allow children to play with this product or its packaging.
•
Batteries must never be thrown into fire.
•
Protect the lamp and batteries from extreme heat.
•
Leaking or damaged batteries can cause chemical burn when in contact with human skin. Always
wear appropriate gloves in case of leaking or damaged batteries!
•
Never look into the LED beam. Risk of eye injuries.
•
Never point the LED beam onto reflecting surfaces, human beings or animals. This can blind or
irritate people and/or animals. Even an LED beam with minor intensity can seriously harm your
eyes.
•
Never use optical instruments such as a magnifying glass to look directly into the LED beam..
INSERT BATTERIES
1. Turn the lamp head counterclockwise and remove it.
2. Insert the batteries and lamp components as shown in figure.
3. Place the lamp head on the gooseneck and turn it clockwise.
4. Push the button in the lamp head, to switch the lamp on or off.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and
packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is
compatible with the environment.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose battery in household waste. Batteries should be disposed of in a responsible
manner, they must be disposed at appropriate collection point. Dispose of this product at the end
of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information or give the product
for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an electrical appliances retailer.
