Drain air line filter(daily).
Keep lubricator filled.
Clean filter element-then blow
air through filter in direction
opposite to normal flow.
Check that all screws on tool
are tight.

Lubricate "O" rings that are
replaced.

Open manual petcock (most
air supply systems have such
a valve).
Fill with pneumatic tool
lubricant. Part No. 403720.
Wash with soap and water or
follow manufacturers instruc -
tions.
Check screws daily.
