4. Place the immersion blender in the charging station so that
the 3 metal charging prongs fit into the 3 metal prongs on
the back of the handle. The green light on the charging
station will illuminate to indicate the proper mounting of the
immersion blender to the charger. The green light will remain
steady for 5 to 6 seconds, then will begin flashing to indicate
when charging begins. The battery is fully charged when the
green light becomes steady again. note: The initial charge
will take approximately 4 hours. After this, the average charge
time will vary depending on use.
5. When the green light is steady again and the immersion
blender is fully charged, remove from charging station and
plunge into the pot. do not Submerge more than ¾
of the Shaft Length.
6. The immersion blender has 3 buttons. The safety button
is located on the back of the blender. The POWER ON ( )
button is located on the front of the unit just below
the speed control switch. Both buttons say POWER ON ( ).
To start unit, press and release the safety button
and the power button simultaneously. Unit will run
continuously until STOP (
7. Select the desired speed, Hi or Low, by using the switch
below the battery pack.
8. Angle the immersion blender slightly and start to stir only
when the blade is immersed. Keep the blade off the bottom
of the pot so that ingredients will not be sucked up by the
vortex action.
9. When mixing is complete, press the STOP (
located below the POWER ON ( ) button.
10. Remove the immersion blender from the pot only after the
blender has come to a complete stop.
Important: Always place immersion blender on charging
station after each use. Keep the appliance out of reach of
children.
• To prevent splattering, be careful never to remove the
immersion blender from liquid while in operation.
• When a recipe calls for ice, use crushed ice (not whole cubes)
for best results.
• If the motor stalls while operating, the battery might not be
dead. First, try to restart.
