LEKUS guarantees that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, at the time of its original purchase by the consumer
from the store, and for a period of 12 months from delivery. If during this period of validity of the guarantee, the product presents a defect
attributable to the manufacturing process, due to materials and / or workmanship, the consumer must inform LEKUS, within a period of
one month from the knowledge of said effect, and you can choose between demanding repair or replacement of the product, unless one of
these options is impossible or disproportionate.

Data and Documentation：
To make use of the rights granted by this guarantee, it is essential to prove the date of purchase of the product, by means of the
original purchase invoice, cash receipt or the delivery note of the machine. Must also provide the following information:

Exclusions ：
This guarantee expressly excludes the following cases:

The installation and configuration of the product according to specific user requirements, different from the standard
configuration of the product.

given by LEKUS.

Damages and / or breakdowns suffered by the product as a result of its misuse, falls, fraud or negligence of the user,
including the use of HitFit Neo for purposes other than normal, according to the characteristics of the product.

Failure to follow the instructions given by Lekus for the correct use and maintenance of the product.
3.
repair attempts made by technical services not authorized by Lekus.
4.
Accidents, natural catastrophes or any other cause beyond Lekus control.
5.
For manipulation of the data of the invoice, purchase receipt or delivery note.
