MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this bath chair is recommended to
ensure that all parts and hardware are secure, that components
are in good working order and not worn, torn, frayed, or loose,
and that there are no obstructions or impediments to normal,
safe operation. If any part or mechanism appears to be unsafe or
damaged, do not use the product. If you experience problems,
please contact Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE.
ASSEMBLY
1. Remove contents from box making sure
you have all parts described here.
2. Place seat upside down on a flat
surface.
3. Place the leg section marked with a
"B" into the groove of the bottom of the
seat marked "B". Place the leg section
marked with an "A" on top of the "B"
tube and into the groove of the seat
marked "A". Insert the shorter thumb
screw through the middle hole but do
not fully tighten the screw. (Figure 1)
4. Next, assemble the backrest by taking
the "L" shaped backrest supports and
securing them to the back rest using
the shorter thumb screws as shown.

5. Attach backrest to the seat by aligning
holes on "L" shaped frame supports
with the holes on the leg section.
Secure the legs of the frame marked
"B" in place by using the longer
thumbs screws. Make sure you
attach backrest to "rear" of the
seat as marked on the bottom.
(Figure 3) NOTE: Seat depth can be
adjusted by choosing one of the
two holes on the frame supports.
6. Secure the legs of the frame
marked "A" in place with the
remaining two longer thumb
screws.
7. Fully tighten the shorter middle
screw and check to make sure all
screws are fully tightened.
