PRODUCT OPERATION
Resting position (II)
The lever has a resting position. Positioning it parallel to the jack rail shifts the lever to the resting position. In this position, the
lever should not deviate from the rail by more than a dozen or so degrees.
Note! Overcome slight resistance when moving the lever to the operating or resting position.
Lifting
Move the lever to the resting position.
Raise the operating direction switch (III).
Pull the lever upwards until the clamp is situated under the load.
Pull the lever to the working position (IV).
Raise and lower the lever to the extent necessary for the ratchet mechanism to operate. Each lever cycle means that the load is
lifted by one degree. The ratchet mechanism will emit sounds during operation.
When the load is lifted to the desired height, move the lever to the resting position.
Lowering
Caution! The jack requires a minimum load for the lowering function to work. If the jack load is too low, it will not be possible to
lower the load.
Lower the operating direction switch (V).
Raise and lower the lever to the extent necessary for the ratchet mechanism to operate. Each lever cycle means that the load is
lowered by one degree. The ratchet mechanism will emit sounds during operation.
When the load is lowered, the load will no longer impact the jack foot. In this case, move the lever to the resting position. Be careful
and hold the lever all the time, as the clamp will drop to a minimum position under its own weight.
The jack requires maintenance after operation.
MAINTENANCE, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Clean the jack after each use with a soft cloth, brush or paintbrush. Do not use sharp objects for cleaning the jack. Particular
attention must be paid to the cleanliness of the ratchet mechanism and the jack rail. None of the parts of the jack requires grease
lubrication. After each cleaning, spray the ratchet mechanism and the jack rail with a small amount of preservative (e.g. WD-40)
and then wipe dry.
Store and transport the jack with the lever in its resting position. Use moisture-proof packaging during storage and transport. Store
the jack in a dark, dry and tamper-proof place.
