Quick Start Guide
The following steps describe the quickest method to operate your tyre inflator however, it
is essential you fully read this manual to ensure you are familiar with the general safety
features, precautions and functions necessary to operate the product. Failure to do so may
result in injury, damage to equipment and/or your personal items.
Tyre inflation
01. Connect the screw-on valve connector to the tyre air valve by twisting it clockwise until it
is securely attached.
02. Insert the 12v socket supply into your vehicle's outlet.
03. Turn on the vehicle's engine.
04. Switch on the tyre inflator. Monitor the PSI gauge and switch off the unit when the desired
pressure is reached.
05. Remove the valve connector by twisting counter-clockwise.
06. Remove the power socket from the outlet and switch off the vehicle's engine.
Tyre inflation
01. Connect the clamps to vehicle battery.
Red clamp marked with '+' connects to the positive terminal on the battery
Black clamp marked with '-' connects to the negative terminal on the battery
02. Connect the screw-on valve connector to the tyre air valve by twisting it clockwise until it
is securely attached.
03. Switch on the tyre inflator. Monitor the PSI gauge and switch off the unit when the desired
pressure is reached.
For all models, check the recommended pressures from the manufacturer and be sure
not to over inflate. Keep a close eye on the tyre inflator at all times to avoid damage to
equipment.
