1. SAFETY WARNINGS

ො This appliance is not intended for being used by children from 0 to 8 years old. This ap-
pliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should not play with the appliance. Clean-
ing and maintenance shall not be performed by children.
ො For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a
rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical cir-
cuit. Ask your installer for advice.
ො If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid risks, it should be replaced by the man-
ufacturer, maintenance department or similar sector professionals.
ො This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
ො Only the appropriate connector must be used.
ො Do not use attachments not recommended or supplied for this product.
ො Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before as-
sembling, disassembling or cleaning.
ො Do not place objects on top of the unit.
ො Do not unplug the unit if your hands are wet, electrical shock could occur.
ො Do not carry the appliance while it is operating.
ො Place it on a secure and level area. Keep out of the reach of the children to prevent any
accident.
ො Unauthorized use and technical modifications to the appliance can lead to danger to
life and health.
ො Do not push any object into the appliance. Do not disassemble the appliance.
INSTALATION
ො Never insert fingers, pencils or any other object through the guard when the fan is
running.
ො To prevent risk of fire and electric shock, do not use the unit near windows.
ො Power plug mush be removed from power socket before cleaning, servicing, mainte-
nance and move from one location to another.
