Place the TOP ( A ) face down on a smooth soft surface. The side with the holes
should be facing up.
2.
Insert the CAM BOLT ( 1 ) into the corresponding hole of the TOP ( A ). And use a
hand screwdriver to tighten the CAM BOLT ( 1 ) clockwise.
**
Repeat these same steps for the BASE ( B ).
