18. Position the Guide Rails (S) onto the File Drawer Sides (P and Q) with the high side facing inward.
19. Hook four Guide Blocks (T) onto the high edge of Guide Rails (S). Now set the File Hangers (U) into the
slot of Guide Blocks (T). Slide the file hanger forward and backward to keep hanging files organized.
